Parent Teacher Conferences are next week! Elementary teachers sent out individual signup links last week for conferences in their classrooms. High school conferences will be in the gym on Wednesday by order of arrival. Thursday is by appointment in teachers' classrooms or the media center. The JH football game against Archbishop Bergan on Tuesday October 7th will now start at approximately 5:30 pm. This is a change from the original listed time and is due to a Fremont MS game at the same facility prior to the LV game. The game location will be the Fremont Middle School Football Field & Track.

Your LVSS Softball team is the #2 seed in the C-8 Subdistrict at Cairo, hosted by Centura! The Raiders face Pierce at 4:00 at the Cairo Softball Complex. Winner advances to the subdistrict final that evening vs. the winner of Centura and Hershey.

EducationQuest is offering 60, $1,000 Do the FAFSA Nebraska Scholarships! To be eligible for the random drawings, applicants must be Nebraska high school seniors and complete the 2026–27 FAFSA.
An initial drawing to award 24 recipients will occur Dec. 5, 2025. A second drawing to award 36 recipients will be held April 15, 2026. Students not selected in December will be entered in the April drawing. The link is provided below to apply for the scholarship which can be done after completing the FAFSA.
Please encourage your students to apply early for the best chance at being selected.
