Congratulations to LVHS art students Leo Arellano and Ellsie Meier for being selected to participate in the Nebraska Young Artist Awards Day on Wednesday at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. The award is presented by the Visual Arts faculty of the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts and recognizes outstanding artistic achievement by high school students across the state. Their artwork was also displayed in the Nebraska Young Artist exhibition.
