In February of 2023, the Board of Education commissioned a Comprehensive Facility Audit to assess the condition of the secondary building and identify areas of need. Over the past nearly two years, we’ve evaluated our facility and visited nearby schools that recently renovated and added space to their facility. We met with focus groups that provided input as the board worked to establish priorities.

Girls wrestling has had a busy weekend. Friday we wrestled in the Malcolm invite. the girls battled hard in a tough tournament. Placing 4th was both Katrina Schreiner, and Cynthia Carter. Saturday the girls team went to Lincoln to see the Huskers take on Minnesota in a Big 10 college wrestling matchup. These girls have worked hard and have earned the day off.

FCCLA members, Jayde Kreifels and Marissa Hilbers, presented their STAR project to the high school today about reducing the risk of distracted driving.




The Logan View Board of Education and administration invite the public to tour Logan View High School. This tour is open to all district patrons interested in seeing the facility, learning about its needs, and understanding why the district is pursuing a bond issue to address them. The tour will last approximately 60 to 90 minutes, depending on questions and discussions.

Midway through the third quarter and the LVSS girls basketball team is ahead of Ft Calhoun 32-26.

The Logan View School Board of Education has called a school bond election in an amount not to exceed $24,950,000 for the purpose of constructing additions, renovations and improvements to the district’s facilities. The proposed project seeks to address Career and Technical Learning, Science Classrooms, Secure Entrance, Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing, Activity Spaces, Locker Rooms, and Restrooms. The total project cost is $30.6 million with 24.95 through bonds and the remaining financed through a lease purchase. Visit the website below to learn more.

Logan View girls' wrestling drops duals to Omaha Benson and Millard West this evening. The girls wrestled well and continued to improve. They go to Malcolm on Friday afternoon for their invitational.
