Bishop Neumann is no longer able to play a JV girls game on Tuesday, 1/10/23. The schedule will now be as follows:

The Kindergarten - 3rd Grade Winter Music Program will take place on Friday, January 13th in the elementary gym. There will be a matinee showing at 2:30 and the evening production will start at 7:00.

Due to the weather, the JV & Varsity Boys & Girls Basketball games at DC West tonight, Tuesday, 1/3/23 have been postponed.
Juniors will start taking the On To College ACT Test Prep second semester, starting on Thursday, January 5. Preparation sessions will be held during Raider Time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All juniors will take the ACT test at Logan View on April 4.
CLOSE UP FINAL PAYMENT REMINDER: The final payment for Close Up students is due this Friday, January 6th. Checks can be made out to Logan View HS.
Due to the weather/ice forecast for Tuesday, 1/3/23, Wisner-Pilger has cancelled the JV Boys Wrestling Tournament.
Due to the weather forecast for Monday, 1/2/23, all activities on that date are cancelled/postponed. Girls wrestling will not be going to Conestoga & reserve boys & girls basketball will not be going to Arlington.
Today Mr. Panning drives his last bus route. Started driving in August of 1991 and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Officially doesn’t retire until January. We will miss his humor and his compassion for our kids.
Due to circumstances beyond our control (host school workers/officials/facilities), the holiday basketball tournament will now be played on Wednesday, 12/28 & Thursday, 12/29. Boys will play at 11:30am & Girls at 1:00 on 12/28. Game times on 12/29 will depend on results on 12/28.
Due to the weather forecast, Logan View Public Schools will be dismissing at 1:30 today. Buses will run accordingly.
Due to the potential for extreme temperatures and blizzard like conditions, Logan View Public Schools will be close on Thursday, December 22nd.

The reserve girls & boys basketball games at Lyons Decatur tonight have been postponed. We will update everyone if/when the games are rescheduled. Practice will still take place until 5:30 this evening.

Logan View NHS members provided service to Douglas County over the weekend. Quality time was spent with kittens at the Felius Cafe, https://felius.org/ (kittens are waiting to be adopted) and served food for the homeless at the Siena Francis House, https://sienafrancis.org/
Quick reminder: The Kindergarten - 3rd Grade Elementary Program has been postponed due to mechanical issues in the elementary building. Don't forget to let grandparents and other fans know! Dates are being looked at for a possible rescheduling. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Due to mechanical issues the elementary school is without heat. K-6 students will not have school Monday, December 19th. The music concert is postponed. 7-12 students will have a regular school day.
