Logan View Public Schools

Beacom Health will visit Logan View students to perform sports physicals on May 14th from 4:00-6:30pm. Please fill out the form on the website and have it filled out in advance. Forms will be available in the high school office and are posted on the website. All students who will be in grades 8-12 in the fall are welcome to attend. See the form for more details!
