Hello Everyone!
I am so excited to be part of the Logan View Family! I am originally from Sioux City, Iowa and graduated high school from Bishop Heelan before attending Wayne State College for my undergraduate degree in Secondary Social Sciences Education with an ESL endorsement. I also earned my graduate degree, 7th-12th School Administration, from Wayne State College.
Prior to Logan View, I was a 7th, 10th, and 12th Grade History teacher for 12 years in two districts, Homer (4 years) and Pender (8 years). I was also a Student Council Sponsor and have experience coaching a variety of sports at the varsity/junior varsity/junior high levels. I met my husband, Brandon, in 2008 and we moved to Oakland, NE right after we married in 2012, which is where we currently reside with our 4 beautiful children, Kane (5), Makrae (4), Remy (2) and Reid (2 months).
I am looking forward to continuing to get to know the students, staff, and community and I am equally excited to collaborate with my fellow administrators as I learn my new position. I am beyond grateful for this opportunity and am very proud to call myself a Raider! Let’s have a great year!
