Mr. Rischling is currently in his first year as the assistant principal/activities director for Logan View Jr/Sr High School, and transportation director for the district. He graduated from Milligan High School in 1988, Peru State College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in secondary education with an emphasis in social sciences in May of 1993, Wayne State College with a Bacelor of Science in counseling in May 2000, and is working through Doane University on a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership. Ryan and his wife Teresa have three grown sons, Austin and his wife Jessie, Riley and his wife Jordan, and Jackson.
Mr. Rischling is an member of the Nebraska State Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NSIAAA) and the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) as well as the Nebraska Council of School Administrators (NCSA), Nebraska State Association of Secondary School Principals (NSASSP), the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) and the Nebraska Coaches Association (NCA).
Prior to coming to Logan View, Mr. Rischling worked as a school counselor and coach at Bennington High School for twenty-one years. Mr. Rischling served as an assistant varsity football coach, junior high track coach, and sponsored National Honor Society. Prior to Bennington, Mr. Rischling served as school counselor at Bishop Neumann School in Wahoo while serving as an assistant varsity football. Prior to Bishop Neumann, Mr. Rischling served as school counselor and taught social studies here at Logan View while serving as head varsity football coach, head girls basketball coach, and Close-Up sponsor. Prior to Logan View, Mr. Rischling taught social studies at Wolbach High School serving as head varsity football coach, head boys basketball coach, head track coach, and sponsored the 7th grade class.
