Student Council

What is Student Council?

Student Council promotes school spirit and helps give students a voice for the events and daily activities at Logan View. 

Our Purpose

to present a positive leadership role and promote the general welfare of the school and community

 to provide a forum for student expressions, opinions, and concerns

to provide a communication link between the student body and administration

 to plan activities for the student body, giving students an opportunity to express school spirit

Our Projects at Logan View

Host: two semi-annual blood drives, the back-to-school pep rally, Powderpuff, the Homecoming dance, the end-of-semester activities

Run: softball concessions, Mighty Men Volleyball, Lip Sync battles

Recognize: outstanding students through the Raider Student of the Week & outstanding staff members

Set up: the theme nights for home games, all of the spirit week activities for homecoming (door decorating, spirit days, Hoco game night pep rally, Hoco parade)

Promote: issues brought up by students & health and wellness through the Health Fair and Toilet Talk

Donate to: Make-A-Wish through the jersey auction
