Title 1

Kindergarten and 1st grade

This is a help program that is offered at Logan View. I spend my mornings at the LBS site.

Children who need extra help after the Aims screener is given to all the students. It is given three times a year to all students. It will be given again in January. Kindergarten and first grade will be screened on Letter names, letter sounds, blending sounds, and segmenting words.

We also offer math help in the morning. The kindergarten work on numbers and one-to one matching. The first grade work on problem solving, addition, and number sense.

In the afternoon , I am in the Hooper site. Math help is available for the second, third, and fourth grade.
