Conference Tourney Is Set
The Boys East Husker Conference Tournament has been set up after the results have been calculated. A new process to come up with the seeding has been established where now coaches vote on the seeds (without including your own team). The lowest average will get the #1 seed and it will continue down the list from there. Stanton received the #1 seed and will host the top half of the bracket. Wisner-Pilger received the #2 seed and will host the bottom half of the bracket. Oakland-Craig is the defending conference tournament champion. French Leads the Way
Evan French sophomore heavy weight led the way for the raiders on Friday night as he completed a third place finish for Logan View. “Our team is a little beat up, and under the weather right now but the ones who can compete continue to work hard and get better each week,” said coach Mowinkel. Place winners included Evan French as he started the day off with a win by fall over Zach Ford of Logan View.
