LV Spanish Students Caramba

February 02, 2010

Logan View Spanish I students competed in the Annual Caramba Competition.  Each of the sections of Spanish I tried to be the first to count to 100 error free in Spanish without using any multiples of seven or numbers which contained seven.  The students needed to reach their goal within a three minute time period.  Spanish I - Period 3 was the first to walk away with the honors and the top prize.  Members of the class are:

Front:  Cleopatra, Catalina, Cecilia, Esteban, Cristobol, Julio

Middle: Cielo, Carmen, Chela, Justina, Clara, Domingo, Raquel

Back:  Elisa, Diego, Noemí, Jacobo, Donaldo

The students all agree that it was pretty exciting that they were able to begin and complete their quest on the first try on February 3, 2010 in order to become the Spanish Jedis of counting!  Confetti filled the room as they celebrated their accomplishment and claimed their right to be the ´09-’10 Caramba Champions.
