LV Spelling Bee Winners Prepare for Dodge County Spell Off

Congratulations to the students that will be representing Logan View Middle School at the Dodge County Spelling Bee on Saturday, February 20th. They are Mark Hernandez, Evan French, Alyssa Tiedtke, and Fiona McMains.
The spelling bee was handled differently this year. A 50 word written test was given to all of the middle school students. The top 12 students participated in an “old-fashioned spelling bee”. It was quite grueling and the four representatives are the ones that lasted!! The twelve students participating were: the four mentioned above and John Horvatich, Austin Kremke, Jessica Dobias, Drake Betancur, Jessi Meyer, Ory Fowler, Dusty Shephard and Dalton Rabe. Those 12 students were treated to a pizza lunch by Mrs. Claussen for their participation. Good job and we are proud of you!
