Logan View Spanish Fair is Loca
On Tuesday, March 20th, the Spanish IV students held their second annual Spanish Fair. It took place in the Logan View gym and involved all of the Spanish students and the eighth graders.
The Spanish IV students involved the following seniors: T. Jensen (Tito), J. Marreel (Jesus), R. Nemec (Ricardo), A. Dallman (Adan), M. Shurtleff (Marianna), K. Cameron (Carmen), T. Jensen (Teresa) and K. Marfisi (Cristina). Their teacher is Senora Iwan-Flamme.
This year's theme was La Vida Loca. Activities included: Survivor, Caveman Jeopardy, Dancing the Salsa and the Cha Cha, Collage Art, Rumor Basket, Family Feud and Pirinolas. Students enjoyed a refrescos, paletas and a souvenir bag.
"I learned that it is very difficult to plan for an event with a wide range of ages, but watching people having a fun time was really rewarding." remarked Tito Jensen, Spanish IV student.
